Interactive Mobile Event Experience
Take your conference experience from monologue to dialogue. Try out the innovative mobile event solutions being offered by Pinnacle Interactive Events, a division of Pinnacle Marketing Group, at Forward ’09: Brandologie!
mEvent
mEvent is an application which allows you to network with your peers, view the conference agenda, session abstracts, speaker bios, provide feedback, participate in polling questions, and interact with presenters—all from a Windows Mobile device.
Two ways to participate:
- Use your own Windows Mobile device: While registering for Forward ‘09, select the “Enhanced Mobile Event Experience with mEvent” box. Once registered, the mEvent team will e-mail you the application download link and your credentials to log-in. The client then can be installed on your own Windows Mobile Smartphone or PDA. Feel free to explore the application prior to the event.
- Devices will be available onsite for your use: Don’t have a Windows Mobile device? You still can participate. We will have a Palm Treo 800w phones onsite for you to borrow and use during the event.

Mobile Tagging
See it. Snap it. Instantly connect to more conference information in a really cool way. Open an internet browser on your mobile phone and visit http://gettag.mobi to download the TagReader. When you see a Tag barcode, just aim your camera phone at a Tag and instantly access mobile content, contact information, maps, social networks, promotions, and more. If you have a Windows Mobile phone, go to Start>Programs>MobileTag and aim the cross-hairs at the Tag.
